Who is Norman Sinai

Norman Sinai is a highly focused real estate broker specializing in selling the San Francisco East Bay Area with an emphasis on the Tri Valley and 580/680 Corridor.

Norman is a lifelong East Bay resident, who’s family settled in Pleasanton Ca in 1906. A recognized heritage family connected to the Tri Valleys founding, his family were both entrepreneurial business owners and ranchers spanning 5 generations in the Bay Area and Tri Valley. His father, Norman Sinai Sr., led the family in business by establishing himself as one of the largest luxury car dealers on the west coast.

Although Norman loves cars, his passion was real estate and finance, and in 1998 while in his 20’s, left the family business to pursue a career in selling real estate. Helping people achieve their objectives in buying or selling homes is Normans passion. Holding both a real estate Brokers license, and loan license, in addition to being a top real estate salesperson, Norman Sinai is also an expert in real estate finance and assists clients regularly with mortgage loans. In the entrepreneurial spirit of his forefathers, in 2007 Norman started his own real estate brokerage and mortgage company.
